This is a studio copy of a documentary aired in 2016 on Limerick City Community Radio, the licensed community service for the mid-western city.
‘A Nostalgic Return to Radio Luimni with John Frawley Jr’ takes a look back at one of Limerick radio’s great characters, the legendary John ‘The Man’ Frawley, through clips and anecdotes. And who better to guide listeners than his son John ‘The Boy’ Frawley (or John Frawley Jr, or just plain John Frawley).
John is in the company of Liam Byrne, who also knows a thing or two about radio and who has been a major contributor to Radiowaves.fm in the past.
