Breeze FM

BREEZE FM

Breeze FM was a low-powered Dublin-based station which played 90s music. It first appeared in late 2001 with tests on 98.4MHz from the Donnycarney area. It vacated this frequency when it was reclaimed by Radio Dublin and remained off air until July 2002, when they reappeared with tests on 105.7MHz using 100w of power.

When, during August, the station were off air for a couple of days, an opportunist station jumped on to the frequency. This led to a power struggle with the ultimate result of Breeze FM ceasing at the end of August.
