Radio Snowflake, the 80s Dublin pirate

This year’s run of Radio Snowflake, the seasonal Christmas station operated by Dave Reddy’s Community Broadcasting Co-operative, had started on December 5th. The Dublin station had appeared annually over the festive period since 1982.

The Co-Op were also responsible for a series of summer festival stations, mainly in Dublin but also in other places.

This was to be the last broadcast from the team behind the stations and we join David Baker with just under an hour to go of ‘The Final Show’.
