This is the Dublin pirate station Radio Leinster with DJ Lee on the air with his programme ‘Bumper to Bumper’ from April 13th 1983. The recording starts just as the 5pm News, read by Al Dunne, is about to start and we also hear a few moments from the end of Daphne Mitchell’s programme.
This is the final 30 minutes of Wicklow dance music pirate Bliss FM, who were ordered to cease broadcasting by the ODTR in November 2002 after two years on air. The recording has had the music stripped out.
