From October 8th 1987 this is a recording of Dublin pirate station Energy 103. First we hear the end of Tony McKenzie's show from 1.40pm. Then we join Cassidy Jones for his show from 2pm. Lisa Moore reads the News.

From October 8th 1987 this is a recording of Dublin pirate station Energy 103. First we hear the end of Tony McKenzie’s show from 1.40pm. Then we join Cassidy Jones (right) for his show from 2pm. Lisa Moore reads the News.

There is an off channel hum on the signal especially towards the end. This could have possibly been caused by Independent Radio Mayo on the same channel whilst Energy were on low power.
